2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- Order weight/size
- Selected shipping method
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Domestic (within the same country): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Domestic (if available): 2–3 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier
Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We proudly ship worldwide where carrier service is available.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.
- These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and will not be refunded by us.
- Customs processing may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
If your country restricts certain items or carriers cannot deliver to your location, your order may be canceled and refunded.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when tracking is available).
- Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
5. LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Verify your shipping address on the order
- Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailroom
- Contact the shipping carrier for more details
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
For packages that appear lost in transit (no updates for an extended period), please reach out to us. We may file an inquiry or claim with the carrier and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund.
6. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the packaging and items
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may:
- Send a replacement item, or
- Issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy
Damage caused after delivery (e.g., improper handling or use) is not covered.
