Refund policy

Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the GODLIGIFTS online store, owned and operated by Optimistic Visions, our global entertainment and inspirational platform. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

 





1. Physical Products (Clothing, Books, Merchandise)



Return & Refund Window

You may request a return or refund for eligible physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.


Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:


  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
  • Have all original tags and packaging
  • Be free of stains, odors, or damage not caused by us or the carrier
  • Be accompanied by a receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase



Non-Returnable Physical Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:


  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery



If an item is returned to us ineligible for a refund (used, damaged, or outside the return window), we may send it back to you at your cost.





2. Digital Products (Music, Downloads, Digital Content)



Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital music, downloads, and other digital content are final once the files have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.


We generally do not offer refunds on:


  • Digital music files
  • Digital albums, singles, or sound packs
  • Other downloadable or streaming-only products



However, if you experience a technical issue (such as receiving a corrupt file or being unable to access your purchase through no fault of your own), please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, provide:


  • A replacement download link, or
  • A refund if the issue cannot be resolved






3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem



Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:


  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund (including standard shipping, where applicable)






4. How to Request a Refund or Return



To start a return or refund request, please contact us at:

Include:


  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return or refund
  • Reason for the request
  • Photos (for damaged/defective/incorrect items)



We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your return, if applicable. Do not send items back to us without contacting us first.





5. Shipping Costs



  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • For change-of-mind or size-related returns, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item.
  • If a refund is approved, the product cost (minus any non-refundable shipping fees, if applicable) will be returned to your original method of payment.






6. Processing Time for Refunds



Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


If you have not received your refund after we confirm it has been issued, please:


  1. Check your bank or card account again
  2. Contact your bank or card company
  3. If needed, contact us again for confirmation






7. Exchanges



We currently only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange for a qualifying issue, contact us at [your support email] with your order number and details.





8. International Orders



Optimistic Visions and GODLIGIFTS serve customers worldwide. Please note:


  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect).
  • Customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
